10x Genomics and your core lab are excited to collaborate on a grant program for innovative single cell spatial research at your institution.

We are pleased to announce the 10x Genomics Xenium In Situ Grant Program. The proposed pilot project must use Xenium In Situ from 10x Genomics.

Combine the power of single cell and spatial to make the impossible, possible

The Xenium In Situ platform from 10x Genomics reveals new insights into cellular structure and function by enabling the mapping of 1,000s of RNA targets in a tissue with single cell resolution. Xenium transforms the characterization of RNA and cells in fresh frozen or FFPE tissue. Uncover cell-cell interactions, understand structure and function, explore how microenvironments change in health and disease, and more.

Challenge details

Submit an abstract (max 300 words) proposing a pilot research project that uses Xenium In Situ 5000-gene panels from 10x Genomics. A 10x Genomics and core lab committee will review and select winners based on research creativity and innovation.

Applicants must hold primary research positions at your institution. Applicants may not hold current awards directly related to the proposed research.

Award

The winning prize is reagents to enable 1 run (2 slides total) of the Xenium 5K gene panel.

Enter your abstract by the deadline specified by your 10x Genomics representative.

Projects proposed should complete experiments by the date specified by your 10x Genomics representative.
