Your bioinformatics corner

The CLI is a command-line based method (version 4.0.0) of interacting with the 10x Cloud. You can now analyze Universal 3’ & 5’ Gene Expression, Epi Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression, and Spatial Gene Expression data via the command line on the 10x Cloud. This will benefit if you have to analyze large volumes of data on a regular basis. Uploading FASTQ files and running the pipeline is now a one-step process via the CLI; and you can analyze multiple datasets in a batch using bash scripts. For more detailed information: CLI documentation.

The Latest & Greatest

The next generation of our high-performance Flex assay is here, designed to maximize core facility scalability and operational efficiency through automation-compatible, plate-based multiplexing. This advancement enables profiling of up to 384 samples/100 million cells per week, making high-throughput functional genomics and FFPE-based studies accessible.

Prompt-based interface with the 10x Genomics Cloud extension, accessible through Anthropic's Claude Desktop app and facilitates faster and more intuitive data processing of single cell analysis by using natural language prompts, thereby reducing the time to data exploration. Currently, the 10x Cloud extension enables single cell data analysis via the Cell Ranger software pipelines. For more usage details, visit the Prompt-based interface.
