Hands-on Tour of the Xenium In Situ Gene Expression Data Analysis Journey

Join us for a hands-on workshop to explore the Xenium In Situ Gene Expression data analysis journey. We'll begin by covering key Xenium data analysis concepts and discussing important considerations for Xenium panel design using human cancer datasets. Next, we'll assess data quality using the web summary before diving into Xenium Explorer for in-depth data exploration. Building on these insights, we'll then utilize community-developed tools to further investigate the tumor microenvironment. We'll also integrate two Xenium datasets to gain a deeper understanding of the diverse functions of macrophages within the tumor microenvironment. The workshop will conclude with an opportunity for each participant to discuss their individual analysis roadmap with guidance from 10x Genomics experts.

Pre-workshop tasks

1. Bring a laptop (Windows or macOS, system requirements)
2. Download and install the latest Xenium Explorer
3. A download link for the workshop files will be emailed to you closer to the workshop
4. Have a google account and be able to open Colab
5. A pre-workshop survey will be emailed to you closer to the workshop
