The Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo Genomics Core Facility in collaboration with 10x Genomics will launch the new multiomics platform established in Norway. We will introduce a portfolio overview and updated details of new technologies and product releases from 10x Genomics, including Visium Spatial, single-cell analysis of FFPE samples, fixed RNA profiling and the new Xenium In Situ analysis technology. This will be followed by exciting research presentations using Spatial and Single Cell Multiomics to answer complex biological questions. We welcome you to interact with the speakers, discuss their work, and meet the Oslo Single Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics community.

This event will run for approximately 3hrs. The in-person event will be followed by light refreshments. During the morning of the event, booking consultation time to discuss projects with members of the Genomics Core Facility and the 10x Genomics team will be possible.
