Expertly curated subpanels

Xenium Protein subpanels are designed to be run collectively or modularly, enabling comprehensive cell typing and spatial characterization of the immune and tumor microenvironment. These flexible subpanels are compatible with <500-gene panels (ready-to-use and custom RNA) and human FFPE tissues. 

In addition to the 6 mix and match subpanels, each Xenium Protein analysis is paired with cell segmentation structural markers that come as part of the core reagents.
