The new Protocol 2.0 improves HD WT Panel sensitivity depending on sample preservation method, tissue type, and section integrity. The largest improvements have been observed for high-quality FFPE blocks, with modest improvements for fresh frozen or fixed frozen tissues.
The new protocol is also compatible with HD WT Panel 6.5 mm slides and will be available when the 11 mm slides start shipping.
