The cell population that redefines the average.

Get ready for a webinar series spanning the entire 10x Genomics single cell portfolio, including the latest updates and additions. Whether you're just starting your single cell journey, a seasoned expert running a core facility, or tackling the big questions in oncology, neuroscience, immunology, developmental biology, and beyond—join us and leave Cyber Week with fresh ideas, practical know-how, and answers to the questions you came with.

Hear directly from our Science and Technology Advisors and get real-world insights from the users pushing single cell science forward every day.

And since it’s Cyber Week, we’re keeping the best traditions alive: prizes and surprises await at the end of every session. You will not want to log off early.

The grand prize? Pizza for the whole lab. Attend all five sessions, and you will be entered for a chance to win a pizza party for your entire lab. Science is better shared and so is pizza.

What we'll cover:
•
Rewriting biology with single cell: From breakthroughs to human health - and how to begin
New to single cell? This is your launchpad into the field. We’ll walk you through the fundamentals: how the technology works, how to design your first experiment, what to expect from sample prep to data analysis, and how to choose the right assay for your biological question. No prior experience required—just curiosity.

Speakers: Cyril Dégletagne, Nicolas Casadei, Sara Milosevic

October 12 3-4:30 PM CEST 2-3:30 PM BST
•
Chromium Flex Apex: Single cell at unprecedented scale, now with deeper multiomics.
Discover how plate-based multiplexing unlocks game-changing scale for fresh, frozen, and fixed samples, even FFPE and fixed whole blood. We'll cover expanded species compatibility, including rat, automation compatibility for streamlined workflows, and a major leap in multiomic depth. With Proteintech's MultiPro panels, you can profile 347 cell surface, intracellular and nuclear protein targets alongside the whole transcriptome in the very same cells. Learn how labs are profiling up to 384 samples or up to 100 million cells per week—and capturing RNA and protein together while they do it.

Speakers: Tannia Gracia, Koen De Gelas

October 13 3-4:30 PM CEST 2-3:30 PM BST
•
Chromium GEM-X Universal 3' and 5': Gene expression, refined.
The proven go-to assays of single cell transcriptomics. Explore whole transcriptome profiling with broad species compatibility, plus immune repertoire analysis with paired TCR and BCR sequencing on the 5' assay—ideal for immunology, infectious disease, and immuno-oncology applications.

Speaker: Koen de Gelas

October 14 3-4 PM CEST 2-3 PM BST
•
Chromium Epi Multiome: Two layers of biology, one cell.
Why choose between gene expression and epigenetics? Get combined profiling of gene expression and chromatin accessibility from the very same cell, and see how linking regulatory landscapes to transcriptional output reveals mechanisms that neither readout can show alone. Hear from Niels Vandamme, Head of VIB Single Cell Core in Belgium, about his experience with Epi Multiome and how this technology is changing the way his users approach their research.

Speakers: Niels Vandamme, Martin Seifert

October 15 3-4 PM CEST 2-3 PM BST
•
Single cell CRISPR screening: From iPSC-derived and primary cells to in vivo models
Learn how to map genetic perturbations to molecular phenotypes in iPSC-derived cells and in vivo models with Chromium 5' Universal, and in primary cells with Chromium Flex. Along the way, see how each workflow handles the practical challenges of perturbation screenings and get a first look at VIPerturb, an upcoming probe-based solution designed to make genome-wide pooled Perturb-seq experiments routine at a practical scale and cost.

Speakers: Nora Papai, Arek Kendirli, Stefanie Fellinger, Tilmann Buerckstuemmer, Geoffrey McDermott

October 16 11 AM-12:30 PM CEST 10-11:30 AM BST

Save your seat—register now, show up for all the sessions, and make this the week your research (and your lab's lunch) levels up.
